System Requirements

 

Computer
The SurveyGold application installs on most desktop, portable and tablet computers. It is used by a survey author to create surveys and collect responses via their personal computer.

 

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP (with at least Service Pack 2). Intel-based Macintosh system running Mac OS X using Parallels Desktop for Windows.

 

Word Processor
Microsoft Word XP, 2000, 97 SR-1 or greater. Only required to publish surveys and results in Word file format.

 

Internet Connection
Dial-up or dedicated connection is required for creating and conducting web surveys.

 

Web Survey Requirements

 

The web survey form produced by SurveyGold is a single HTML file that can be deployed on the surveygoldplus.com web site with the click of a mouse or any web site with just a little know-how or help from a webmaster. There is no special software to install on your web site to make web survey work. It is simple to distribute the web survey form to our surveygoldplus.com website, your website, a shared network folder, a CD, USB flash drive or via an email attachment.
