Special Policy Regarding Support for Web Survey Forms Support for most SurveyGold functionality is provided at no charge. However, if your support request pertains to a SurveyGold web survey form that you have altered using an HTML editing tool (e.g., FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Notepad, Word, etc.) technical support is provided as follows:   No charge for an unaltered web survey form in its original condition as created by SurveyGold. $35 charge for each 30 minutes of support time for a web survey form you have altered after being created by SurveyGold, or for any support requests resulting from the altering the SurveyGold application configuration settings after the product has been installed. Minimum 30 minute charge Credit card required - information is collected when the support person contacts you by phone in response to your request for support   If you have altered your web survey form using an HTML editing tool and are experiencing problems, you can avoid support charges by reverting back to an unaltered version of your web survey form. See the User Guide for instructions explaining how to save your survey as a web survey form.
